All of our ranges come with a 2-year parts & labor warranty from the date of installation.
Please allow a minimum of 4 months from time of order to delivery. Our prices include curbside delivery across Canada. Additional site information may be required prior to delivery.
Changes made after the order is placed are subject to approval by the Lacanche factory and will result in additional charges. Change Orders may generate delays in production.
Upon request, your range can be stored at our warehouse in Calgary, AB. Storage option must be arranged before shipping from Lacanche and is at no charge for up to 3 months ($150 / extra month).
Our prices do not include installation. We can help coordinate installation with one of our trusted installers or an installer of your choice.
A 40% non-refundable deposit is due upon order. Balance is due before shipping of your range from the Lacanche factory.
Delivery information must be sent to info@french-barn.com or through the order form found on our configurator. Please specify your configuration of choice, gas type (NG - Natural Gas, or LP - Liquid Propane) and spacer required.
An Official Sales Notification will be sent to you via email. Please carefully review all details and conditions, sign each page and fax or mail it to us.
Cheque deposits must be addressed to: The French Barn Imports Inc. and be sent to the following address: The French Barn, Suite 1000, 888 3rd Street SW, Bankers Hall West Tower, Calgary, AB T2P 5C5
Upon receipt of your deposit, your order will be secured with the Lacanche factory. Order confirmation is provided within 24 hours of deposit payment.
To avoid any delay in shipment, please make sure that your Balance Payment is receive by the Balance Due Date.
