Couteaux Ceccaldi was founded in 1978 by Jean-Pierre and Dany Ceccaldi, in a small village of southern Corsica called “Zoza”. The first knife produced was a shepherd knife made of goat horn, traditionally called “curnicciolu.”
The craftmanship and passion of the Ceccaldi family give each piece its own character, soul and authenticity, creating unique pieces unlike any other.
All knives are guaranteed for life. “This is not just a slogan, it is a contract.”
Ceccaldi holds the “EPV” (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant – “Living Heritage Company”) distinction from the French Ministry of Economy and Industry.
