This recipe uses the Lacanche multicooker (steamer unit).\r\n<\/p><\/div><\/div><p id=\"yrecipe-ingredients\" class=\"h-4 strong\">Ingredients<\/p><ul id=\"yrecipe-ingredients-list\"><li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-0\" class=\"ingredient\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">Plain Yogurt (basic recipe)\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-1\" class=\"ingredient\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 Liter of whole milk\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-2\" class=\"ingredient\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 Tbsp of lactic ferments or 2 Tbsp of plain yogurt\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-3\" class=\"ingredient\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">For flavored yogurt (*)\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-4\" class=\"ingredient\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">Honey\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-5\" class=\"ingredient\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">Brown sugar\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-6\" class=\"ingredient\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">Vanilla extract\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-7\" class=\"ingredient\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">Natural flavor extract\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-8\" class=\"ingredient\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">Fresh fruits (Berries)\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-9\" class=\"ingredient\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">Jam<\/li><\/ul><p id=\"yrecipe-instructions\" class=\"h-4 strong\">Directions<\/p><ol id=\"yrecipe-instructions-list\" class=\"instructions\"><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-0\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Start by heating up the milk in a pot over a low flame. Stop right before boiling.\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-1\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Remove and let cool until the temperature reaches 38-40C (100F). Add the ferment and whisk well. You can also add sugar and flavoring at this point.\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Turn on the multicooker to 30C (90F), the tank will automatically fill up to the first level (Steam). Place your cups in the perforated Gastro pan. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of jam at the bottom of each cup if you wish.\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-3\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pour the milk \/ ferment mixture slowly into each cup.
